Connecting to Salla

This article explains the steps for connecting Salla to Torod.
Connection Steps #
Please ensure the email address is the same on both platforms. If the emails differ, the system will automatically create a new account on Torod using the email registered on Salla.
- Go to My Apps page on Salla
- Click on “App Store”
- Type “Torod App” in the search field
- Click on “Torod App”
- Click on “Free Install”
The message “App installed successfully, you can now start using the app and benefit from its features” will appear once installation is complete.
For orders to sync successfully, the order status must be “In Progress”, if it is different, please update it first then try again.
Customize Display Name #
You can customize the name displayed to customers in the shipping companies list.
- In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app
- Enter the name in the App Integration Settings field
- Click Save
- In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app
- Click “Add New Rate” at the bottom of the page
- Fill in the information
- Click “Save” to save the rate, or “Delete Rate” to cancel
Add New Shipping Rate #
Fields with (*) are required.
You can enable Cash on Delivery for a rate by clicking “Enable Cash on Delivery”
“Saved successfully” will appear once saved.
Delete Shipping Rate #
- In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app
- Click on the country that contains the rate you want to delete
- Click on the rate you want to delete
- click “Delete Rate”
