Activating Returns

This article explains how to activate and set up the Returns page

Activate Returns #

1. Go to the Returns page
2. Turn on “Activate return portal”
3. Click on “Activate Returns Page”
4. Click “Next”
5. Fill in the information
Fields with (*) are required.
Choose the return address, If it doesn’t exist, you can create a new one, ◀︎click herefor instructions.
6. يYou can add fees by turning on “Return fee” and entering the amount
7. Click “Next”
8. Select return reasons, product return method, and payment refund method
9. Click “Next”
10. To send notifications to customers when the return request status is updated, Turn on “Customer Notifications”
0.30 SAR will be deducted from your wallet balance for each message sent.
11. You can edit the message that appears when the customer doesn’t have any orders eligible for return, and the thank you message
12. Click “Next”
13. You can preview the Returns page by clicking “preview return page”, or copy the link and open it in another tab
