This article explains the steps for connecting Zid to Torod

 

Connecting Steps #

Please keep both windows open at the same time. If you don’t, an account will be automatically created on Zid using the email registered on Torod
  1. Go to the home page on Zid
  2. Click “App Marketplace”
  3. Click “Shipping and Storage”
  4. Type “Torod” in the search field
  5. Click the three dots next to the app
  6. Click “Connect””
  7. Click “Start Connection Process”
  8. Adjust the options as needed, then click “Connect”
  9. Adjust the customization settings as needed, then click “Connect”
  10. Click “Install App” at the bottom of the page
For orders to sync successfully, the order status must be “New”. If the status is different, please update it first then try again.
