Tracking Status

This article explains the different tracking statuses.

There are 6 tracking statuses, which are explained in the table below.

Status	Meaning
Ready For Pickup	The shipment is ready but has not been picked up yet.
In Transit	The shipment has been picked up and is being delivered.
Failed Attempt	An attempt was made to deliver the shipment but the customer did not respond.
Failed Delivery	After 3 failed attempts, the shipment enters this status and is returned to the warehouse.
Delivered	The shipment was successfully delivered.
Cancelled	The shipment was cancelled.
