Shipment Tracking (for Customers)

This article explains how customers can track their shipment and view its status and details through the tracking page.

 

Tracking Page #

You can track your shipment through the link provided by the store. If you cannot find the tracking page, please contact the store directly.

 

Shipment Tracking Steps #

  1. Enter the phone number used when creating the order. You can change the country code by clicking on the flag icon. Then, click “I’m not a robot”, then click “Submit”
  2. All your orders from the store linked to this page will appear, click “Track” next to the shipment you want to track
  3. The tracking page will appear, showing the date and current status of the shipment at the top, followed by the products and quantities, then the tracking section which displays the first and latest status of the shipment with the date and details.
    You can click “View Tracking Details” to see all the statuses the shipment has gone through
