This article explains the steps for customers to return or exchange shipments.
Returns and Exchanges Page #
You can return or exchange a shipment through the link provided by the store, or through the store’s page. If you cannot find the returns and exchanges page, please contact the store directly.
Return and Exchange Steps #
- Enter the phone number used when creating the order. You can change the country code by clicking on the flag icon
- Click “Log In”
- A verification code will be sent to the entered number, enter it and click “Submit”
- Select the desired action by clicking “Return” or “Exchange”
- Orders eligible for the action will appear, click “Return Order” or “Exchange Order” next to the desired shipment
- Select the products you want to return or exchange by clicking the checkbox next to each product, then fill in the required information
- Click “Submit” to send the request to the store
