This article explains the steps to add custom package sizes
 

Add Package Size #

  1. Go to Settings, then Package
  2. Click “New Template”
  3. Fill in the information
    4. You can set packages as the default template for purchasing labels by clicking the icon.
  4. Click “Save Template” to save it, or “Cancel” to go back.
