This article explains the basic automation operations, including creating a new automation, editing an automation rule, automatically printing labels, and deleting an automation rule.

Please note that the automation applies rules in order, where the first rule is applied first, then the following ones.

Create a New Automation Rule #

  1. Go to Settings, then Automations
  2. Click “Create New Rule”
  3. Select the conditions that must be met for the action to apply to future shipments.
    The action will only apply to shipments that meet the specified conditions.
    After selecting a condition, click “Add Condition” then fill in the relevant information
  4. You can add more than one condition by selecting another condition then clicking “Add Condition”.
  5. Select the action you want to execute, then click “Add Action”, then select the carrier

  7. Fields with (*) are required.
  8. Click “Save” to save the rule, or “Cancel” to discard
  9.  

    Edit an Automation Rule #

    1. Go to Settings, then Automations
    2. Click “Edit” next to the rule
    3. Make your changes to the rule
    4. Fields with (*) are required.
    5. Click “Save” to save the rule, or “Cancel” to discard
    6.  

      Enable Automatic Label Printing #

      To automatically print labels when a shipment falls under a specific shipping rule, follow the instructions below.

      1. Go to Settings, then Automations
      2. Click “Edit” next to the rule
      3. Click the toggle button under “Print labels automatically” to enable or disable the feature
      4. Click “Save” to save the rule, or “Cancel” to discard

       

      Delete an Automation Rule #

      1. Go to Settings, then Automations
      2. Click “Delete” next to the automation rule
      3. A confirmation window will appear, click “Yes” to confirm deletion, or “Cancel” to discard
      The message “Automation rule deleted successfully” will appear after the deletion
