Carrier Preferences

This article explains how to activate and deactivate shipping carriers, so that only activated carriers appear when creating shipments.

Activation Steps #

1. Go to Settings, then Carriers
2. You can search by carrier name, filter by shipping type, and view all carriers, activated carriers, or deactivated carriers
3. select the carrier you want to activate or deactivate
4. Enable or disable the carrier using the toggle button
5. When activating a carrier, read the terms and conditions then click “I agree to the terms and conditions”
6. Click “Confirm”
