Cash on Delivery (COD)

This article explains the Cash on Delivery (COD) mechanism and how to access the COD page to review order statuses.

To access the COD page, go to Settings, then Wallet, then click “COD”.

COD Mechanism #

  1. After creating and successfully delivering the shipment, the shipment will appear on the COD page, and a ✓ mark will appear next to “Under Review”
  2. After collecting the cash, a ✓ mark will appear next to “Cash Collected”
  3. After a one-week period from collection, the funds will be transferred to your account, and a ✓ mark will appear next to “Transferred”

There are 3 search fields on this page, which are explained below.

Search Field What it does
Customer Information Search using the customer’s name, phone number, or email address.
Tracking Number Search using the shipment’s tracking number.
Order Number Search using the shipment’s order number.
