Notifications

This article explains how to activate notifications for customers when their shipment status is updated.
 

Activating Notifications #

1. Go to Settings, then click “Notifications”
2. Enter the name that will appear in the messages
3. Click the button to enable shipment status update messages
Once enabled, 0.30 SAR will be deducted from your wallet balance for each notification sent.
4. Click “Save” to apply the changes
