This article explains the steps for connecting Salla to Torod.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Connection Steps<\/h3>\n
Please ensure the email address is the same on both platforms. If the emails differ, the system will automatically create a new account on Torod using the email registered on Salla.<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Go to My Apps page on Salla<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “App Store”<\/li>\n
  3. Type “Torod App” in the search field<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Torod App”<\/li>\n
  5. Click on “Free Install”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    The message “App installed successfully, you can now start using the app and benefit from its features” will appear once installation is complete.<\/div>\n
    For orders to sync successfully, the order status must be “In Progress”, if it is different, please update it first then try again.<\/div>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Customize Display Name<\/h3>\n

    You can customize the name displayed to customers in the shipping companies list.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the name in the App Integration Settings field<\/li>\n
    3. Click Save<\/li>\n

      Add New Shipping Rate<\/h3>\n
    4. In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app<\/li>\n
    5. Click “Add New Rate” at the bottom of the page<\/li>\n
    6. Fill in the information<\/li>\n
      Fields with (*) are required.<\/div>\n
      You can enable Cash on Delivery for a rate by clicking “Enable Cash on Delivery”<\/div>\n
    7. Click “Save” to save the rate, or “Delete Rate” to cancel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      “Saved successfully” will appear once saved.<\/div>\n

      Delete Shipping Rate<\/h3>\n

      1. In Salla, go to My Apps, then Torod app<\/li>\n
      2. Click on the country that contains the rate you want to delete<\/li>\n
      3. Click on the rate you want to delete<\/li>\n
