This article explains how to activate and set up the Returns page<\/strong><\/p>\n

Activate Returns<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to the Returns page<\/li>\n
  2. Turn on “Activate return portal”<\/li>\n
  3. Click on “Activate Returns Page”<\/li>\n
  4. Click “Next”<\/li>\n
  5. Fill in the information<\/li>\n
    Fields with (*) are required.<\/div>\n
    Choose the return address, If it doesn’t exist, you can create a new one, \u25c0\ufe0e<\/span>click here<\/a>for instructions.<\/div>\n
  6. \u064aYou can add fees by turning on “Return fee” and entering the amount<\/li>\n
  7. Click “Next”<\/li>\n
  8. Select return reasons, product return method, and payment refund method<\/li>\n
  9. Click “Next”<\/li>\n
  10. To send notifications to customers when the return request status is updated, Turn on “Customer Notifications”<\/li>\n
    0.30 SAR will be deducted from your wallet balance for each message sent.<\/div>\n
  11. You can edit the message that appears when the customer doesn\u2019t have any orders eligible for return, and the thank you message<\/li>\n
  12. Click “Next”<\/li>\n
  13. You can preview the Returns page by clicking “preview return page”, or copy the link and open it in another tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
