This article explains the steps to accept return requests.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accept Return Requests<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to the Returns page<\/li>\n
  2. The requests will appear on this page, you can click “Accept” to accept them, or “Reject” to reject them<\/li>\n
  3. Accepted requests will appear on the Approved tab, and rejected requests will appear in Rejected tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Shipping Returns<\/h3>\n

    You can ship returns after accepting them by following the instructions below.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to the Return page<\/li>\n
    2. Click “Approved”<\/li>\n
    3. Click “Issue Label”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
