This article explains the steps for customers to return or exchange shipments.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns and Exchanges Page<\/h3>\n

You can return or exchange a shipment through the link provided by the store, or through the store’s page. If you cannot find the returns and exchanges page, please contact the store directly.<\/p>\n

Return and Exchange Steps<\/h3>\n

  1. Enter the phone number used when creating the order. You can change the country code by clicking on the flag icon<\/li>\n
  2. Click “Log In”<\/li>\n
  3. A verification code will be sent to the entered number, enter it and click “Submit”<\/li>\n
  4. Select the desired action by clicking “Return” or “Exchange”<\/li>\n
  5. Orders eligible for the action will appear, click “Return Order” or “Exchange Order” next to the desired shipment<\/li>\n
  6. Select the products you want to return or exchange by clicking the checkbox next to each product, then fill in the required information<\/li>\n
  7. Click “Submit” to send the request to the store<\/li>\n
