Creating and Editing Orders

This article covers the basic operations that can be performed on orders, including creating, editing, and hiding orders.

Create a New Order #

1. Go to the Orders page

2. Click “New Order”

3. Select a customer, If the customer doesn’t exist, click “New Customer” to create on. ◀︎Click here for customer creation instructions.

4. Click “Next”

5. Fill in the order information. Note that the value entered in the product value field is the final amount the customer will pay.

6. Click “Submit”

 

Edit an Order #

1. Edit customer information

1. Go to the Orders page

2. Click the icon under customer information, You can edit the customer’s name and phone number

3. Click “Submit”

2. Edit package size

1. Go to the Orders page

2. Enter the updated dimensions, you can select dimensions from the list or enter them manually

3. Click “Save”

3. Edit other information

If you want to edit other information, you can do so through the shipments page.

You can edit order data including customer information, package size, pickup and delivery addresses, actual weight, and number of boxes.

Payment method and order price cannot be edited. If you want to change them, you must create a new order.

Hide an Order #

When you want to hide certain orders to focus on a specific group, or an order that won’t be shipped for a long time, you can hide it by going to the Orders page, then clicking “Hide Order” next to the order you want to hide.

Note

If you want to view hidden orders later, you can see them through the filters at the top of the page. Click “Incomplete” and select “Hidden orders”.

Manage Multiple Orders #

If you want to ship or hide multiple orders, you can do so by selecting the checkboxes next to the orders you want to perform the action on, or select the checkbox next to “Shipment ID” to perform the action on all orders, then click “Ship selected orders” to hide them.

The number displayed next to the “Ship selected orders” and “Hide selected orders” buttons indicates the number of orders selected on the current page, while the number next to “Ship all orders” indicates the total number of all selected orders regardless of page.
