Finding Orders

This article explains how to quickly find orders within the system using the available search tools and filters.

Search #

You can search using the order number or customer information by going to the Orders page and typing in the search box.

Filters #

You can use filters to filter orders, there are 6 filters available, which are explained below.

1. Order Type

This filter allows you to categorize orders by order status, the available statuses are shown in the table below.

Filter What it does
All Orders Contains all orders without filtering.
Completed Orders Contains orders that have been shipped and moved to the Shipments page.
Incomplete Orders Contains orders that have been created but not shipped yet.
Hidden Orders Contains orders that have been hidden.

 

When you open the Orders page, incomplete orders are displayed by default.

 

2. Marketplace

This filter allows you to categorize orders by how they were entered, you can view all orders from all Marketplaces, from a specific marketplace, or manually entered orders.

 

When you open the Orders page, all stores are displayed by default.

 

3. City

This filter allows you to filter orders by city through entering the city name.

4. Payment method

This filter allows you to filter orders by payment method, it includes Cash on Delivery (COD), Prepaid, Bank, or select all payment methods to view all orders without filtering.

 

When you open the Orders page, all payment methods are displayed by default.

 
5. Shipping methods

This filter allows you to view orders by the shipping methods available in your store.

When you open the Orders page, all shipping methods are displayed by default.

6. Creation date

This filter allows you to view orders by their creation date within a specific time period by selecting the start date and end date, then clicking “Apply”.
 

To select only one day, set the same date as both the start and end date.
To show all orders again, click “Clear”.
