Creating Shipments

This article explain the steps to create a shipment.

Shipments can be created in two ways, by shipping an existing order, or by creating a new shipment.

 

Shipping an Existing Order #

  1. Go to the Orders page

  2. Select the order you wish to ship, if you have difficulty finding it, you can use ◀︎the filters

  3. Click “Ship Now”

  4. Edit the shipment information from the top if needed. You can modify the pickup address, delivery address, weight, number of boxes, and package dimensions, once editing is done, click “Apply”

  5. Choose type of shipment, dry , refrigerated, express, or (parcel stations)

  6. Choose the shipping company, companies can be sorted by fastest or cheapest

  7. You can search for a shipping company by typing its name in the search box.
  8. Click “Ship with”

  9. A label purchase window will appear

  10. If you have a promotional code, you can use it here then click “Apply”

  11. Entering the code here applies it to the current order only, if the code is multi-use, we recommend adding it via the Promo Code page for it to work on future orders without needing to re-enter it manually each time. See instructions ◀︎from here.
  12. Click “Confirm Purchase” to ship the order or “Close” to cancel

  13. A label download window will appear

  14. Click “Download” to download the label

  15. Click “Send” to send notifications to the customer

  16. Click “x” to close the window

Shipping a New Order #

  1. Click “Create Shipment” at the top of the page

  2. Choose the pickup address. If it doesn’t exist, click “New Address”

  3. Choose the customer. If the customer doesn’t exist, click “New Customer”

  4. The general shipment route will appear below, showing where it will depart from and where it will arrive.
  5. Click “Next”

  6. Fill in the information, note that the value entered for “Product Value” is the final amount the customer will pay

  7. Read the declaration, then click the checkbox icon
  8. Click “Next” to proceed to the next step, or “Back” to return to the previous step
  9. Edit the shipment information from the top if needed. You can modify the pickup address, delivery address, weight, number of boxes, and package dimensions, once editing is done, click “Apply”

  10. Acknowledging the contents of shipped materials is mandatory.
  11. Choose type of shipment, dry , refrigerated, express, or (parcel stations)

  12. Choose the shipping company, companies can be sorted by fastest or cheapest

  13. You can search for a shipping company by typing its name in the search box.
  14. Click “Ship with”

  15. A label purchase window will appear
