Connecting to Zid – Lite Plan

This article explains the steps for connecting Zid to Torod

Connecting Steps

Please keep both windows open at the same time. If you don’t, an account will be automatically created on Zid using the email registered on Torod

Go to the home page on Zid
Click “App Marketplace”
Click “Shipping and Storage”
Type “Torod” in the search field
Click the three dots next to the app
Click “Connect””
Click “Start Connection Process”
Adjust the options as needed, then click “Connect”
Adjust the customization settings as needed, then click “Connect”
Click “Install App” at the bottom of the page

For orders to sync successfully, the order status must be “New”. If the status is different, please update it first then try again.
