This article explains the different tracking statuses.
There are 6 tracking statuses, which are explained in the table below.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready For Pickup | The shipment is ready but has not been picked up yet. |
| In Transit | The shipment has been picked up and is being delivered. |
| Failed Attempt | An attempt was made to deliver the shipment but the customer did not respond. |
| Failed Delivery | After 3 failed attempts, the shipment enters this status and is returned to the warehouse. |
| Delivered | The shipment was successfully delivered. |
| Cancelled | The shipment was cancelled. |
Shipping carriers vary in the number of failed delivery attempts.
