This article explains how to activate and deactivate shipping carriers, so that only activated carriers appear when creating shipments.
Activation Steps
- Go to Settings, then Carriers
- You can search by carrier name, filter by shipping type, and view all carriers, activated carriers, or deactivated carriers
- select the carrier you want to activate or deactivate
- Enable or disable the carrier using the toggle button
- When activating a carrier, read the terms and conditions then click “I agree to the terms and conditions”
- Click “Confirm”
